We work with the client to fully understand their vision for the property, including its primary use, general design ideas, and desired completion date. We use this information to consult with our estimating department who use historical cost data and subcontractor input
the develop a conceptual budget for the upcoming project.
Every client comes to the table with an idea in mind for a project completion date. Sometimes those are suggested and sometimes they are set in stone. Either way, our top priority is to meet that deadline.
We go though every detail from equipment lead times to consistent follow up with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors to ensure there are no delays and no surprises. along the way.
Given the diverse nature of construction, integration is the name of the game. Our project managers work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and other construction consultants to provide seamless integration between all stages of the construction process. The Project Manager is always our client’s primary contact. They handle all contract details, scheduling, and process engineering for any challenge that occurs in any aspect of the project.
Focus and attention to detail is vital to provide our clients top notch service and quality. Each of our projects is staffed with a full-time on-site Superintendent who collaborates with the Architect and Project Manager to achieve on-time project completion and client satisfaction.
